Refund Policy

Note: If you are a Circle customer in the US, please check out the Refund Policy here as the legal language is slightly modified.

We want to do everything we can to make sure transactions are intentional and authorized by you.

As stated in our User Agreement, you have a right to dispute errors in your transaction(s). If you report an unauthorised transaction to us within 8 weeks of the unauthorised transaction, you will be liable up to a maximum of €50 for any losses incurred in respect of unauthorised transactions arising: (i) from the use of a lost or stolen mobile device or (ii) where you have failed to keep the personalised security features of your Circle Account and/or your device safe, from the misappropriation of your Circle Account.
