All you have to do is select Send at the top of the page

Enter the amount of money you’d like to send. Once the amount is entered, you can choose from your contacts, nearby user, or scan a QR code.

After selecting Continue, you will be presented with a confirmation page.

Once you confirm payment, Circle will send a verification code by SMS to your phone to confirm your intent and keep your account secure. Alternatively, you can use the Google Authenticator App as your preferred method.
