- Go to your Settings.
- Select Cards and Banks.
- Select the logo and name of your institution. If you are using Circle on the web, you can search for the name of your institution and select it from the list.
- You'll be prompted to provide the credentials associated with your bank login. (We never store this information; we only use it to do a one-time authentication.)
- Once this is complete, you can begin to use your bank account with Circle!
If you do not see your bank in the list, it is not one that is supported by our system at this time.
Unfortunately, not all banks in the US are included in the system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
